Our Culinary Journey

The Pancake Mill opened its doors on May 5, 1981 serving the Oregon's Bay Area featuring a breakfast specialty menu with hours of 6am to 8pm.
In 1983, we added a lunch and dinner menu to complete a full service family restaurant for our growing guest accomodations.
In 1986, we closed our dinner shift and concentrated on serving the best breakfast and lunch that we could create. Since that time, we have continuously create new menu items to include an extensive Meat-Free menu low fat and low salt menu, fresh pies and cakes, Gluten Free and fresh baked goods.  

 

 

In the 40 plus years and we are still striving to be the best that we can be, adding new menu items and keeping the quality of our facility, food and service to the standards that you deserve.

In 2022 The Pancake Mill was bought by a young family with the vision to improve on the high standards. Proud to own such a massive pillar of the community. With new leadership at the helm, The Pancake Mill will continue to serve Oregon's Bay Area for many more years.
